Trial of man accused of stalking Kendall Jenner nearly above

LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Closing arguments are expected to begin Thursday afternoon in the trial of a guy charged with stalking model and reality Television star Kendall Jenner.

A Los Angeles prosecutor is asking jurors to convict Shavaughn McKenzie of misdemeanour stalking and trespassing expenses filed soon after he was arrested outside Jenner’s house in August. Jenner testified last week that McKenzie followed her automobile into the driveway of her Hollywood Hills and refused to depart. Jenner advised jurors it was the scariest second of her lifestyle and she was terrified of McKenzie.

The 25-year-old could encounter up to six months in jail if convicted of both charge. His lawyer contends McKenzie was unarmed and posed no threat to the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star.
